A clear approach to data handling for workplace AI.
This page explains, at a high level, how the BastionAgentic hosted SaaS handles account data, workspace activity, support requests, and service operations.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate the service, including account profile details, organization and workspace configuration, subscription status, product usage telemetry, audit and system events, files or prompts submitted through the application, and support or contact form submissions.
How we use information
We use collected information to authenticate users, provision and maintain workspaces, process billing-related events, route model requests, monitor service quality, investigate incidents, respond to support needs, and improve product reliability and usability.
Access and confidentiality
Workspace content is not made public by default. Access is limited to personnel, subprocessors, and systems involved in operating, securing, maintaining, or supporting the service, and only to the extent necessary for those responsibilities.
Service providers and infrastructure
BastionAgentic may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers to deliver authentication, payments, email delivery, database hosting, file handling, model access, analytics, or customer support workflows. Data shared with those providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary for service delivery.
Contact submissions
If you submit a contact form, we store the details in our service database and may forward the request into our support inbox or support workflow so the team can follow up appropriately.
Retention and security
We retain data according to operational, contractual, legal, and security requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect the service and customer information, although no system can guarantee absolute security in every circumstance.
Policy updates
We may revise this Privacy page as the service evolves. Updated language will apply once published, and material changes should be reviewed by customers as part of their normal vendor and governance process.
